ACEnet's Athens Business Incubation Center includes approximately 30k sf which is divided among three buildings.  These buildings typically maintain an occupancy rate of approximately 90-95%. 

Building A, the first building purchased by ACEnet, currently houses retail, service, and wellness businesses. 

Building B, the smallest, was built in the 90's and is the location of ACEnet's Administrative Offices as well as technology and wellness businesses. 

Building C is divided into two distinct sections.  The front portion includes offices, a conference room, copying room, and front retail space.  Several food businesses have their main offices located in this area.  In addition, the Athens Upscale Attic (shown to the right), a unique retail shop specializing in antiques and estate furnishings , is situated in the front retail area.  The larger back section of Building C houses ACEnet's well known Food Manufacturing and Commercial Kitchen Facility. 

ACEnet's Food Manufacturing and Commercial Kitchen Facility operates as a shared-use facility for over 150 businesses every year, and those numbers continue to increase.  One of the first three of its kind in the US, this facility provides production, storage, refrigeration, freezer, and distribution space.  With the success of the Food Facility, ACEnet has expanded storage and distribution to Building A as well as to the Nelsonville Business Incubation Center.

Driving Directions:
From the North (Columbus, Ohio) approximately 1 1/2 hours
Follow Interstate 270 (Columbus beltway towards Wheeling) to SR 33 east exit toward Lancaster.
Stay on SR 33 East for about 1 hour until you come to the Columbus Road/SR 550 exit, take that exit and turn right onto Columbus Road.
Follow Columbus Road approximately 1 mile and you will see the ACEnet sign on right side.

From the East (Parkersburg, WV) approximately 1 hour
Follow SR 50 west to Athens.
Exit onto SR 33 west towards Columbus Ohio.
Exit Amesville/Chauncey, SR 13/SR 550.
Turn Left at the light onto Columbus Road.
Follow Columbus Road approximately 1 mile and you will see the ACEnet sign on right side.

From the West (Cincinnati, Ohio) approximately 2 1/2 hours
Take the Appalachian Highway SR 32 to US Route 50 to Athens, stay on US Route 50 until you reach SR 33.
Take SR 33 west toward Columbus.
Exit SR 13/SR 550. Turn Left at the light onto Columbus Road.
Follow Columbus Road approximately 1 mile and you will see the ACEnet sign on right side.

From the South (Huntington, WV) approximately 2 hours
Take SR 2 east to Henderson, WV. Pick up US Rt 35 NW to Gallipolis, taking (left) SR 7, NE to SR 33, North (toward Athens).
Exit SR 13/SR 550. Turn left at the light onto Columbus Road.
Follow Columbus Road approximately 1 mile and you will see the ACEnet sign on right side.
